Insurances/Financial Obligation
Our offices do accept most insurance plans (please see our Insurance Plans page). We do accept an assignment of benefits from your insurance carrier. For your convenience, we will file the claim to your insurance company. Our financial coordinator will review with you, your total treatment plan and your total cost, before we perform any services. If you are responsible for a co-payment, we require it is paid at the time of visit.
Payment Options
All our offices accept cash, personal check, and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Am Ex, debit cards).
Care Credit
All offices offer interest free financing with care credit, a 3rd party payer. Finance company approval must be obtained first. Benefits of the program are no down payment, no interest (as long as you pay timely), select as monthly payment to fit your budget, and no prepayment penalties. Please inquire at the front desk for additional information. This is an excellent option with long treatment plans.
